The site gives general information about Amigo Capital and Amigo Capital Fund 1 LLC. It is not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.
2. No commitment to lend
Submitting a form, talking with us, or receiving a proof-of-funds letter, term sheet, or quote is not a commitment to lend. Every loan is subject to underwriting, approval, and signed loan documents. Loan guidelines on this site (such as loan-to-value or rehab limits) are guidelines, not promises. Rates, points, fees, and terms are set per deal.
3. Business-purpose loans only
We make business-purpose loans secured by real estate in Arizona. We do not make consumer loans or loans for a home you live in or plan to live in.
4. Investor information is not an offer of securities
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Interests in Amigo Capital Fund 1 LLC are offered only to verified accredited investors through the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) and related subscription documents, which control over anything on this site. Preferred returns described on the site are targets under the fund documents and are not guaranteed. Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. Interests are illiquid.
5. No guarantees
We try to keep the site accurate and current, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Past results don't predict future results.

Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Yuma County, Arizona.
